Kubota Financing

The dealer I spoke with told me that Kubota changes their financing rates on April 1 and he doesn't know what they will be (I've heard that from someone else on this board before). I was considering going with the 3 year 3.3% which is available now. Does anyone know if Kubota generally raises them in the Spring (as I suppose they would). Also, are their rates at this time of the year usually the best (or not)?
